Administrator of personal data The administrator of personal data collected via the website: https://www.laserpark.pl (hereinafter called as the Internet Website) is a company under the name of Tiperera sp. z o.o. based in Krakow, ul. Bosaków 5A, 31-476 Kraków, NIP: 6793135398, KRS: 643558 (hereinafter called: Tiperera).
Personal data protection All data, including personal data, are stored and processed by the Administrator with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements set out in the generally applicable provisions of law, in particular in Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on data protection), hereinafter called as the RODO.
Tiperera commit to apply appropriate security measures, both technical and organizational, to protect personal data being processed. Personal data will be stored by Tiperera and / or data processor only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which this data is collected, to perform the obligations resulting from provisions of law, including in particular tax regulations, regulations concerning expiration of claims, in the case of personal data processing on the basis of consent – until it’s withdrawal, and in the case of processing personal data on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) RODO, until objections are submitted.
Scope of personal data Users of the Website are not obliged to share personal data until they decide otherwise. They provide their personal data in a voluntary manner, while the Administrator states that using of certain Website functionalities and provision of certain services is connected with the necessity to provide certain personal data by the User. Purpose of personal data processing Personal data provided by Users are collected and processed by the Administrator for the purposes of: 1. performance of a contract for the provision of services by electronic means (e.g. online booking of seats in Laser Park) or of services of taking advantage of the Laser Park; 2. performance of operations in accordance with the provided consent; 3. performance of a legal obligation; 4. performing the legitimate interests of the Administrator, that are understood as: offering of promotional campaigns and ensuring the safety of persons (primarily customers and operators of the Laser Park), preventing abuse by the client and protecting the Administrator's property.
Subscribing to the services offered by the Administrator Users can provide their consent to send information about promotional campaigns by the Administrator. For this purpose, they provide the Administrator with their e-mail address or telephone number. These data will be used only for the purpose of sending to Users, by or on behalf of the Administrator, information, among others about current offers and promotions. Providing electronic services consisting in registering an account in the Administrator's system, managing it or making an online booking requires to fill in a form where specific personal data should be provided, including data enabling contact with the User (e.g. e-mail address). The information provided in the form is used only for necessary contact with clients and for booking of seats in the Laser Park.
Users provide their personal data to the Administrator via: - registration on the website www.laserpark.pl, - booking by a phone, - booking by e-mail, - personal visit to the premises.
By registering at www.laserpark.pl Users who wish to receive information about promotional campaigns should provide additional consent for this purpose, whereas personal data of users obtained through a phone booking, e-mail or a personal visit to the premises can be used by the Administrator to send information about promotional campaigns, unless the User does not agree to this.
Providing and transferring of personal data Administrator does not provide processed personal data to other entities, except of: 1. entities with which Tiperera has a concluded cooperation agreement ("data processor") for the purpose of implementing a contract with you, in particular Tiperera may transfer your personal data to entities such as: banks, companies providing IT services and other companies to perform promotional activities. These entities will be obliged under the agreements concluded with Tiperera to use appropriate security, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and process it only in accordance with with instructions provided by Tiperera; 2. supervisory authorities, authorities and other third parties, where this is necessary to achieve the goals set out above and to fulfil the obligations imposed by law; personal data may be transferred to supervisory authorities, courts and other authorities (e.g. enforcement authorities), independent external advisers (e.g. auditors) or entities providing benefits. Administrator does not provide processed personal data to other entities (data recipients). The Administrator will not transfer personal data to third countries.
Rights of data subjected persons Each person whose data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access his or her personal data, rectify them, delete or limit its processing, the right to oppose to further processing, the right to transfer personal data and the right to make a complaint to the supervisory body in the field of personal data protection.
"Cookies" files. "Cookies" are text files stored in users' devices, intended for browsing websites. "Cookies" are used to personalize the use of a browser, as well as to determine how users use the websites. They keep data, thanks to which the Administrator is able to identify the user. Personal data collected using "cookies" can be collected only for the purpose of performing certain functions and activities (e.g. booking). Personal data is encrypted in a way that prevents access of unauthorized persons to them. We distinguish between session (temporary) and permanent cookies. Session cookies are stored on the user's device until logging out from the website or switching it off. "Cookies" are permanently stored for a defined time. A user can perform appropriate browser configuration to block the automatic acceptance of "Cookies" files or to obtain every time information about sending such a file to the user's device. Information on possible "Cookies" configurations is available in the browser settings. Introduction of restrictions on the use of "cookies" may affect the proper use of the website (e.g. lack of possibility to log in).
